Please read completely. I understand that a one-time payment of ($25.00) for New Members and ($50.00 Annually) for New Vendor Membership is agreed / required to complete your Registration. As a Member of the Chapter you agree to abide by the ByLaws and regulations presented by the Chapter. If you are an Active Member you are required to attend scheduled meetings and participate in the Functions presented by the Chapter. MACSA Wwill not disclose or use your registration information for personal use. All information will only be for MACSA to contact you regarding upcoming events and Chapter concerns.

NOTE: REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL DUES HAVE BEEN PAID. UPON PAYMENT, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE COMPLETE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL.
